PT. Dover Chemical was incorporated as an Indonesian PMA Chemical Company in 1980. We are located in Merak, 120km from Jakarta, Indonesia.
We have four main bussiness units : 
  • Production of formaldehyde and formaldehyde resins (UF, MF, PF, PUF) 
  • Production of emulsion adhesives 
  • Production of paraformaldehyde 
  • Tank storage operator 
We are an R&D focused and performance-based company. We are ISO-certified for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007.   
Duties : 
  • Manage a chemical production plant 
  • Lead the production team in planning, executing, analyzing and improving the plant oeprations, towards customer and employee satisfaction, profitability and growth 
  • Troubleshoot any plant problems 
  • Supervise and train the production team

Production Manager
Requirements: 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical or Industrial engineering
  • At least 5 (five) years working experience in chemical production plant, including 2 years of working experience in managerial position.
  • Preferably to have experience in engineering design, polymerization process and good manufacturing practices.
  • Must have strong management and leadership skills, capabilities and strong communication skills.
  • Assist the Plant General Manager to achieve production efficiency and job output to meet the monthly revenue target & company goals.
  • Good command of English with good presentation skills
  • Full time position available Applicants must be willing to be placed in Merak, Banten

 Shift Superintendent

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN 

 Tanggung Jawab : 

  • Memastikan kelancaran proses produksi di shift-nya untuk mencapai target produksi dan yield
  • Menjalankan dan implementasi safety work di semua lini kerja shift terkait 
  • Mengatur dan memastikan kelengkapan personel beserta peralatan kerja di shift-nya 
  • Mengontrol dan memonitor output produksi sepanjang shift kerja untuk pencapaian target produksi sesuai planning 
  • Mengidentifikasi problem dan root cause yang berkaitan dengan output, defect dan waste di shiftnya 
  • Mengkomunikasikan dan menginformasikan kepada 
  • Production Manager jika menemukan ketidaksesuaian di shift-nya 
  • Bekerjasama dengan subordinat dibawahnya dan antar bagian terkait untuk kelancaran proses produksi 
  • Mengarahkan dan memonitor personel produksi disemua lini proses mengikuti IK, SOP dan standar yang berlaku 
  • Memberikan pengarahan dan penjelasan kepada PL, TL, dan Operator terkait target dan program kerja secara berkala 
  • Melakukan pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan teknis proses produksi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak buah 
  • Menjalankan program dan rencana kerja perusahaan di shift produksi yang dipimpinnya 
  • Mengarahkan, memonitor dan implementasi aktifitas 5R pada shift kerja masing-masing 


 Kualifikasi : 
  • Usia 27 - 32 tahun 
  • Pendidikan S1 Teknik Kimia, Teknik Industri dan Teknik Mesin 
  • Pengalaman dibidang yang sama minimal 3 tahun 
  • Pernah bekerja di pabrik sejenis (plastik, polymer, cat, kaca, keramik, BOPP dan lainnya) 
  • Terbiasa dan bersedia bekerja shift 
  • Berdomisili atau bersedia bekerja di daerah Cikupa - Tangerang

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN 
  • Tanggung Jawab Utama : Memimpin dan mengelola workshop/pabrik secara profesional dan bertanggung jawab. 
  • Mengkoordinasi , mengawasi dan bertanggung jawab atas semua kegiatan operasional di workshop. 
  • Mempersiapkan budget untuk operasional di workshop dan mengontrol biaya operasional di workshop/pabrik. 
  • Membuat laporan-laporan seluruh aktifitas operasional di pabrik/workshop. 
  • Kriteria : Minimal 40 tahun. Pendidikan : S1 Teknik Sipil/S1 Teknik Mesin/ S1 Teknik Industri. 
  • IPK minimal : 2.75 
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dari bidang industri yang sama (konstruksi tiang pancang). 
  • Memiliki pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam perencanaan budget dan evaluasinya. 
  • Memiliki komitmen, tekun dan mampu bekerja dengan kondisi di bawah tekanan. 
  • Jujur, pekerja keras, disiplin, dapat bekerja sama dengan tim dan memiliki kepemimpinan yang kuat.

Production Manager

Note: Report to Operation manager / Country manager


 Responsibilities: 

  • Set operation plan of each section in the production department to match with the company business plan. 
  • Prepared production capacity must be sufficient for the market demand and produce the product met standard quality and delivery to customers on time. 
  • Ensure that production process run reliably and efficiently, including prepare the suitable manpower plan and machine selection. 
  • Prepare the department yearly investment budget and expenses. 
  • Present to top management for approval as well as control investment and/or expenses as approved.
  • Ensure key performance indicators are in place and meet the production targets. Implement any new policies and procedures relating to the production process. 
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of machines and equipment. 
  • Work with others manager and subordinate to implement the company’s policies and goals. 
  • Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines. 
  • Identify training needs, supervise and motivate team members. 
  • Liaise among different departments. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications: 

  1. Age 35-45 years old 
  2. Minimum Bachelor degree of Chemical/ Industrial Engineering 
  3. Minimum 5 years experiences in the same position from Chemical industry or related industry ( Paint industry will be advantages) 
  4. Good knowledge about production and factory management 
  5. Good command of written and spoken English Proficiency in MS Office Passing a color blindness test 
  6. Able to work based in Tangerang area
