Senior Architect
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Job Description :
- Liaise with consultants and contractors on project related matters (design & execution)
- Review Detailed Design Drawing (In Terms of Design, Function, Execution)
- Review Design Specification (In Terms of Design, Function, Execution)
- Review Discrepancy between architecture, structure & MEP Drawing
- Carry out Site Engineering related work, such as shop drawing checking, etc
- Supervise the site work execution continuously
- Quality checking of material used
- Generate all reports on project related matters
- Any Other duties/task assigned by the group
- Reporting to the project manager
Requirements :
- Maximum age 38 years of age
- Hold Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years experiences in highrise building project development
- Good knowledge of National and Regional Design Regulation (Knowledge of South Tangerang Design Regulation is an Advantage)
- Good Knowledge of Architectural Design Concept
- Good Knowledge of Work Execution Method & Sequence
- Good Knowledge of Work Result Checking Method
- Good Knowledge of Work Reporting Method
- Proficient in Using Office Software
- Mastering in CAD Software
- Mastering in Sketchup
- Mastering in Rendering
- Good Command in English
- Willing to be placed at South Tangerang area
