Quantity Surveyor
- Material Quantity calculation in accordance with drawings
- Cost Estimation (and adjustment to meet Budget objective)
- Unit Price analysis monitoring update
- Analyze/Review proposal from Contractors/Vendors/Suppliers Price
- Negotiation & Work Items clarification with Contractors/Vendors/Suppliers
- Detail checking of site work progress percentage
- Cost Control role Variation Order & Final Account analysis/review/tracking
- Preparing all Quantity Surveying related
- Project Administration (such as Contract, BQ, PO, RFP, etc)
- Preparing Quantity Surveying related
- Reports Liaise with other party in doing all work descriptions
- Other task assigned
- Reporting to Project Manager
Requirements :
- Maximum 38 years of age
- Hold Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Good command in English At least 5 years experiences in High Rise Building project development
- Good knowledge of Tendering process
- Good knowledge of Unit Price Breakdown Analysis (Structure/Architecture/Interior/MEP)
- Good knowledge of price range/class of Building Materials (Structure/Architecture/Interior/MEP)
- Good knowledge of High Rise Building Works Itemization (Structure/Architecture/Interior/MEP)
- Mastering in using MsExcel Proficient in using CAD & MsOffice
- Willing to be placed at South Tangerang area
