  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent 
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
  3. Experience in manufacturing operation with 1500 workers 
  4. Have training and coaching skill 
  5. Strong leadership to manage people, self-starter and highly motivated 
  6. Have good communication & negotiation skills 
  7. Expert Industrial Relationship skills 
  8. Deep knowledge government rule 
  9. Willing to be place in Cikupa, Tangerang
