This is a role within the Indonesia Sales team. As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible to manage achievement of Sales and Promotion program as well as lead Sales Force Team, Account and Distributor in Indonesia. You will also be responsible in upholding ABC’s status as a trusted brand in Indonesia.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Handle distributor for General Trade or Modern Channel or HORECA
  • Deliver excellent distribution in sales general trade or modern channel or HORECA
  • Work with internal teams and third party vendors to ensure the excellent execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor the success of sales strategy and develop action plans to ensure continued increase of sales
  • Lead, motivate and manage the distributor
  • Build greater awareness of the ABC brand within Indonesia
  • Champion Kraft Heinz’s vision of being the best food company, growing a better world
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 5 years of working experiences as Area Sales Manager at anywhere in Indonesia.
  • Extensive experience in executing sales general trade or modern trade or horeca strategies and managing distributor
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
  • Good knowledge of the Indonesia retail sales channels
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Resourceful and takes initiatives, able to operate within budget, guidelines and limitations
  • Visually creative, but at the same time ability to adhere to global guidelines
  • Demonstrable understanding of Indonesia food sales industry
  • Good leadership qualities
  • Strong in numbers and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to articulate success in quantifiable matrix 
  • Willing to be placed to anywhere in Indonesia
