JOB SUMMARY :

Leading, managing and motivating Merchandiser Team to implement a sales strategy and meet agreed targets
Communicating with the existing accounts to increase or maintain levels of the business activity
Presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing clients Communicating with the existing accounts to increase or maintain of the levels of the business activity
Searching for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets and following up on new leads and referrals
Compare sales progress reports on a weekly/monthly and end of year and proactively addressing shortfall on targets due to be achieved

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

Education: Bachelor Degree any major
Language: Japanese Intermediate Level (JLPT N3). English Business Level
Experience: 3-5 years as Sales for modern trade from Food Retail Industry
