JOB BRIEF :

Support Production Operational Division to review, improve, and develop the existing production flow process and machinery tools used, also create system development planning to achieve efficiency, more target, and reduce production cost.

DETAIL JOB SUMMARY :

Analyze the existing production flow process to identify the ineflicient process and the potential problem.
Analyze and propose the possible solution in order to improve and develop the production flow process become more efficiently, achieve more target, and reduce production cost.
Analyze the use of machinery tools to identify the inappropriate use that cause the rapid damage or wastefulness of machinery tools.
Propose the appropriate machinery tools to support more efncient process and cost but keep in mind to the product quality factor.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Identify the best type and the most appropriate type of machinery tools which can be used in Production Operational Division to produce the high-quality product.
Discuss to Production Operational Division about the possibility to use the new type of machinery tools.
Looking for the qualmed vendor (local / international) to supply the machinery tools needed in consideration to the prices and services.
Negotiate With the vendors to achieve the best deal of machinery tools purchase.
Coordinate with other internal division to release the purchase of machinery tools in timely manner.
Maintain the good communication with existing vendor of machinery tools. Keep update to the latest technology of production machine, machinery tools, and production system.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75 from reputable university
Minimum 3 years of working experiences in the related field, preferably in Furniture Industry
Good understanding in Mass Production Flow Process and its Machine and Tools
Strong in analytical and problem solving skill
Possess the good communication skill in English both verbal and writing Possess the ability to lead project involving cross-functional teams
Strong leadership skill but possess the ability to works wrth minimal supervision
Good adaptability to the rapid changes
Willing to be placed in Pasar Kemis, Tangerang
